In 1:1 sessions I help clients be their own inner therapist by suggesting inner dialogue in a particular order that actually changes the unwanted emotional life patterns. I use meditation techniques, internal family systems tools and sound healing techniques. I call this sessions as an active meditation. Instead of just witnessing sensations /thoughts passively, I hold space for the client to be Self-led and be an active leader of their inner system.
